Tuna Steaks will be cooked med-rare to medium.


Chef's reccomendation to reheat: 

Skillet - Highly Recommended. Reheating tuna in the skillet will prevent the middle of the tuna steak from overcooking and will simply heat the outside of the tuna steak.

Microwave - Will do the job, be very careful however not to overcook the tuna during the microwave process. Reheat in 20 second increments or to your liking.
